Our little slice of homesteader heaven is in southeastern North Carolina on an almost 6 acre piece of property. We started with a small garden and over time that has evolved into over 1/2 acre of beautiful flourishing garden and although exhausting at times, we know just how lucky we are! Next came the animals. Starting with chickens per the usual "build your own farm" starter pack. We added rabbits and goats starting in September 2022 and have now expanded to pigs.
